I can hear!! Getting my hearing aid has been an amazing experience. Not only did they explain my type of hearing loss but also explained the entire process of getting my hearing aids and increaseing them to a "normal " level. Super nice staff and the best hearing center I have been to( and I've been to quite a few 😂)
Todd is incredibly informative and willing to spend the time it takes for an inquisitive person who is new to the hearing aid world. He is up to date with new research on the need to restimulate the auditory nerve/brain with brain exercises along with hearing aids. I'm 75. He's awesome and I don't use that word all that often. Hearing aids these days are computers and you are paying for someone who knows how to use their capabilities or you're wasting your money.
Found Accurate on line after years of my wife pleading with me to do something about my hearing! Lots of choices---glad I chose Todd. Excellent support, advice and thoroughness right from the start. Went in today for a 6 month maintenance---all of which is included in the initial cost(i.e. no extra hidden charges). Tammy spent a big chunk of time re-configuring, testing, cleaning, adjusting and perfecting an already great experience. She is a fine technician in her own right. Have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so. Couldn't be more satisfied..
What a great experience...we were summering in Tillamook when one aid failed. We found Dr. Todd and Company online, made an appointment with his very nice patient coordinator and drove into Beaverton. It turned out to be a minor adjustment! Dr. Todd went out of his way to explain the units and answered our many questions. More than fair when it was time to pay for his services. We will be back when its time to replace these hearing aids. Thanks Again Susan
Tammy was ready to pair my hearing aid remote with the hearing aid and he computer failed. She tried to fix it and let me try a couple of WIFI steps that I knew. She tried very hard to get it going and finally called her IT tech. I left and she called me promptly after the Tech solved the problem. Pairing was complicated since I was a new patient, but she was diligent and got me going in less than 30 minutes
After my hearing aid was returned from being sent out for repair, the office assistant, Tammy, was able to recalibrate and pair the aids to eachother and to my iPhone using the doctor's computer. I had thought that the doctor would need to be there to do that but Tammy showed me her skills. I'm glad she was able to do that since the doctor is at this office on a limited schedule. Thanks, Tammy, you saved me a trip!
